ARC Requests

ARC review and approval is required prior to any exterior structural or landscaping changes or additions to your property. You may email mmhoa@northcuttrealty.com with the completed ARC form to request ARC approval for your project. The ARC strives to review requests as quickly as possible, but please allow 10 days for review. The ARC will review your request and respond directly with any questions or with their approval of your project. Once you receive confirmation of ARC approval, you may then proceed with scheduling your project. 

Mailbox Specifications

Please be sure your mailbox is freshly painted with gloss black paint with all appropriate hardware in place including the flag and ornamental scroll piece (see as pictured, below). If your mailbox is rusted or dented, please don’t try to paint it. You may purchase a metal smooth (no plastic, no ridges) mailbox through any hardware store of your choice such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, Ace Hardware or Smith T Hardware. Please make sure you attach the mailbox to the pole securely so that it won’t rock when the mail carrier opens it to deliver your mail.  Please do not apply any generic adhesive letters or numbers on your mailbox. 

Pool Pavilion Reservations

Please email the BOD at mmhoa@northcuttrealty.com with your name, address, requested pavilion reservation date & time
and a team member will respond to confirm your request. Reference the calendar on the Calendar & Announcements page
to see which days are available.

Neighborhood Pool

The neighborhood pool season runs from mid-April through September to mid-October each year. The neighborhood pool and pavilion area is located at the intersection of Moore’s Mill DR and Lauren Lane. Pool keys may be obtained from Northcutt Realty’s office at 248 S Gay Street, Auburn AL 36830. In the event you lose your pool key or would like an additional key, you can purchase one from Northcutt Realty for $50. If at any time you feel the pool water, bathrooms and/or deck areas need maintenance, please email your report or request to mmhoa@northcuttrealty.com. 

Meeting Minutes

The MMHOA Board of Directors meet regularly on the first Thursday of each month upstairs at MMCC at 5 pm.
Minutes from meetings are available to all MMHOA owners upon request. Please email mmhoa@northcuttrealty.com
with the requested meeting date(s) to request a copy of meeting minutes.

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the HOA is typically held in February each year. The subsequent board of directors meetings are posted on the website calendar for anyone who who may wish to attend. All HOA meetings are held at:
Moore’s Mill County Club,  1957 Fairway Drive Auburn AL. 

Annual HOA Fee

The Annual HOA fee is currently $300 and is due on January 1st each year. You will receive a USPS mailed reminder & email reminder of the fee payment several weeks in advance of the due date each year. Please note that all homeowners with an outstanding balance will not have association voting privileges or access to the pool or pavilion area. You can make your annual HOA fee payment to Moore’s Mill HOA 248 S Gay Street Auburn AL 36830 or call 334-826-7720 to pay over the phone. We accept credit cards and e-checks. A credit card will have a 2.5% processing fee and an e-check is $0.95. Please contact our office should you ever need to update your mailing address, phone number or email address.  

Garbage Pickup

Garbage collection day is Tuesday. Garbage cans may be placed at the roadside Monday evening and should be returned to the garage or rear of home by Wednesday morning. In accordance with MMHOA covenants, please store your garbage cans as discreetly as possible, either in your garage or at the rear of your home.
